Q. I can not login using my password manager. Why not?
A. If you are having problems with autologing in with pasword managers like Roboform be sure to check the data fields. Some times your username orĀ  password will get mixed up with other information related to our website your pasword manager may of captured.

Q. I get a message asking me if I want to upgrade flash. What is this?
A. When you try to play an audio message on this website the player checks to make sure your computer has the correct components to play the message. If the computer does not, the player gives you the message to upgrade so you can hear the audio message. So when you see a request I suggest you accept it. When you accept, bridgetolight.com receives no information about you or your computer.

Q. Why don’t I hear any sound when I click the play button for the audio in the navigation bar?
A. Though this might sound silly, check to make sure your speakers are turned on, plugged in to the correct jack, turned up and your volume is not muted. If you’re on a dial-up line, or if the net is congested it may take a few seconds before the sound starts playing. Folks with alternate browsers (such as Mozilla or Opera) need to make sure they have the Flash plug-in that’s specific to their browser. You can find them here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
